Aastha Polymers was established in 2022, born from a clear-eyed observation: plastic waste was everywhere around us — in our streets, our drains, our neighbourhoods — and most of it was going nowhere useful. We decided to do something about it.

Starting with a single processing unit in Muzaffarnagar, we built the operation piece by piece. Today, our facility processes 8 metric tonnes of plastic waste every single day — diverting material that would otherwise end up in a landfill or worse, and turning it into clean recycled inputs for manufacturers across North India.

Every incoming load is hand-sorted and machine-separated by resin type — PET, HDPE, and PP — removing contamination before processing begins.

Extrude

Sorted material is cleaned, shredded, and pelletised into consistent recycled granules ready for manufacturing.

Step 04

Convert

After shredding, the plastic is extruded into small pellets and fed into vessels — ready for conversion into new material.

Step 05

Re-use

Finished recycled material is dispatched to manufacturers on time, in volume, and to consistent specification — every single order.
